Pick & Pay: Eurostep enables omnichannel for Nomination

Nomination, the Italian leading brand in the steel and gold jewelery sector, launches the Pick and Pay service within its ecommerce website supported by Eurostep. In this way the company offers an increasingly omnichannel service: thus, the customers are now able to book articles online and collect them in all single-brand stores in Italy.

Pick and Pay service is a further step to improve the customer experience and strengthen the customer- brand relationship. The users can view and choose the jewels online and then decide to complete the purchase in the closest store, paying at their convenience.
