H-Brands is an online store created in 2012 by Hobb’s Group, the chain of clothing stores and accessories for men and women founded in 1950.
The effectiveness of the Web Marketing strategy and activities adopted, combined with the appealing design, the usability of the e-shop and the interest in the brand’s offer and in medium / medium-high end products, have produced over time a steady growth trend in sales.
ISSUE TO RESOLVE
Due to its fast growth, the company found it difficult to manage orders precisely and quickly because of the lack of dedicated human resources and order processing automats. This created inconvenient situations for the end customer and, in the absence of immediate and effective solutions, led to disaffection with the brand and to an unwillingness to return to visit the site.
